• Fix /server-icon and /user-info commands not displaying .gif versions if they existed
• Add 'Notable Information' section to /user-info command which if applicable, will display whether the user is:
  • Globally banned (w/ the reason)
  • A Fylo team member
  • A Discord staff member
  • Banned from the server
  • Not in the server
