Auto Moderation

The Auto Moderation module is a module that automatically moderates messages based on your configured rules. This module is useful for preventing spam, bad words, advertisements, and other unwanted content from being posted in your server.

How it Works​

When a user sends a message, Fylo will automatically check the message against your configured triggers. If the message matches a trigger, Fylo will take the configured action. If 'Delete Message' is enabled for that rule, Fylo will also delete the user's message. Finally, Fylo will send a log to the configured 'Log Channel'.

If you wish, you can also set a custom response which Fylo will respond with when a user sends a message which activates a trigger.

Fylo will ignore users who have a role which is configured in the 'Ignored Roles' setting. Fylo will also ignore channels which are configured in the 'Ignored Channels' setting.

Triggers​

Available triggers include:

  • Excessive capital letters.
  • Bad words.
  • Excessive new lines.
  • Message spam.
  • Duplicate messages.
  • Character count.
  • Server invites.
  • Mass mentions.
  • Text/image spoilers.
  • Masked links.
  • Zalgo text.

Actions​

Available actions include:

  • Warning.
  • Kick.
  • Timeout (5 mins).
  • Timeout (1 hour).
  • Timeout (3 hours).
  • Timeout (24 hours).
  • Ban.
